Terms and Conditions — nocnoc Black Friday Promotion 2025

 

1. Promotion Overview

The “nocnoc covers your cancellations” Black Friday promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by nocnoc to eligible U.S.-based sellers who register to sell on Latin American marketplaces through nocnoc’s platform.
The purpose of this Promotion is to help new sellers participate in Black Friday sales on November 28, 2025, with zero cancellation risk.
nocnoc will cover the value of eligible canceled orders generated only on November 28, 2025 (Black Friday).

2. Eligibility

To qualify for this Promotion, participants must meet the following conditions:

  • Their company must be based in the United States and not have an existing nocnoc account.

  • Register through the official Black Friday signup form and be approved by nocnoc’s team.

  • Have a catalog with at least 100 SKUs.

  • Operate in one or more of the following categories:

    • Vitamins & Supplements

    • Electronics

    • Beauty

    • Home & Kitchen

    • Toys & Games

  • Sign the commercial agreement and complete product upload by November 10, 2025.

3. Promotion Details

  • The Promotion applies exclusively to orders placed on Friday, November 28, 2025 (Black Friday).

  • During that day, the seller’s account will operate under nocnoc’s Plus Plan, with a 0% plan fee.

  • Starting November 29, 2025, the regular 9,5% Plus Plan fee will apply if the seller continues under this plan.

  • All standard Plus Plan terms and conditions remain in effect during the Promotion period.

4. Coverage Conditions

Eligible canceled orders will be covered under the following conditions:

✅ Cancellations must be beyond the seller’s control, including customer remorse, customs clearance issues, or logistics delays.
❌ nocnoc will not cover cancellations caused by:

  • Out-of-stock or inventory errors

  • Seller delays in dispatch

  • Defective, counterfeit, or misrepresented products

  • Breaches of nocnoc’s operational or quality standards

5. Payment and Reimbursement

For eligible canceled orders:

  • nocnoc will reimburse the seller for the product value (FOB) as per nocnoc’s internal order reports.

  • Payments will follow the Plus Plan payment cycle, processed weekly (Friday to Friday).

  • Reimbursements will be reflected in the seller’s payout within the following payment period.

6. After the Promotion

After November 28, 2025:

  • Sellers will remain under nocnoc’s Plus Plan, which includes early payments and cancellation protection, with the standard plan fee.

  • Sellers may opt to switch to another nocnoc plan at any time.

7. Limitations and Exclusions

  • The Promotion applies only to orders generated on November 28, 2025.

  • Orders placed before or after this date are not eligible.

  • The 0% fee applies only up to a total of USD 30,000 in sales per seller. Any sales exceeding this amount will be subject to a 9.5% fee.

  • nocnoc reserves the right to reject participation or reimbursement in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with operational standards.

  • This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

8. General Terms

  • Participation in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • nocnoc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.
