It’s a limited Black Friday offer for U.S.-based sellers who want to start selling across Latin America’s marketplaces. nocnoc will cover eligible canceled orders made on Friday, November 28, so you can sell risk-free during the biggest shopping day of the year.

Normally, our Plus Plan covers cancellations and offers early payments for a small fee. During Black Friday, you’ll enjoy the same protection and benefits — but with 0% fees. That means nocnoc covers eligible cancellations completely free of charge.

nocnoc will cover all eligible cancellations made on Friday, November 28, under these conditions:
✅ The order was canceled for reasons outside your control (e.g., customer regret, customs, logistics, IT issues).
❌ We don’t cover cancellations caused by the seller (e.g., out of stock, delays, fake or defective products).

After the promotion, your account remains under the Plus Plan, which includes the same protection and benefits, with a 9.5% fee.
You can choose to continue with this plan or switch to another one that fits your business needs.

For eligible canceled orders, nocnoc will reimburse the seller for the product value, even if the order never reached the customer.

Payments are processed weekly (Friday to Friday) under the Plus Plan.
