Getting started with nocnoc is simple and consists of three steps: Connect Once: Integrate your catalog via API, Seller Center, or Shopify to unlock access to Latin America’s leading marketplaces. Launch & Optimize with AI: We localize, enrich, and optimize your product listings using AI-powered technology for catalog readiness, pricing intelligence, and marketplace playbooks. How does it works?

nocnoc manages all communications with final consumers, including pre-purchase questions, product features, and post-purchase inquiries. Our customer-centric team, composed of native speakers in both Portuguese and Spanish, minimizes cancellations and returns, ensuring customers have the best end-to-end purchase experience. We promptly respond to customer inquiries to maximize conversion rates and reduce cancellations. We have established strong relationships with our customers and are present on influential peer-to-peer platforms such as Reclame Aqui, which allow users to review and leave comments about their experience.

Logistics
Cencellations & returns

nocnoc takes care of mediations with marketplaces and final consumers. Cancellations before the product has been shipped, will be handled in the country of origin. Cancellations after the product has been shipped, will be managed at our local warehouse at the destination. Cancellations in accordance with local regulations received after delivery will be returned to the warehouses at the destination.

Orders can be tracked live in nocnoc’s Seller Center at any time.

First mile

Orders should be delivered to nocnoc's warehouses within 3 working days after purchase confirmation. Available warehouses: China: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Yiwu. USA: Miami, Los Angeles, New York. Delivery addresses and working hours can be found in nocnoc's Seller Center.

Shipping methods

For the seller, shipping consists of first-mile delivery to nocnoc's designated warehouse in China or the USA. Once the product is received at the designated warehouse, nocnoc will take care of the door-to-door delivery to Latin America.

How Does nocnoc’s Marketing Strategy Work?

No matter the size of your catalog or business, nocnoc’s megastores help global sellers become top performers from day one. Our AI-driven platform optimizes product visibility, ensuring the highest possible conversion rates across LATAM marketplaces. We create targeted marketing campaigns that promote your products to the right audience, featuring them on banners, organizing promotions for special shopping events, offering cashbacks, and collaborating with Latin American influencers. Products featured in nocnoc’s megastores benefit from our established reputation, gaining the best positioning in each marketplace without additional investments.

Payments
Settlement period

Payments are sent every two weeks (1st & 15th from each month or the next working day). Each payment settlement will include the orders delivered 2 days before the payment is generated.

Payment methods

Payments will be sent in USD to a Payoneer account or a designated bank account through wire transfer. The minimum amount to be transferred is 500 USD. If the total amount is lower than this minimum, the payment will be deferred until the minimum amount is reached.

Advanced payments

Sellers can enroll in our Advanced Payments program to receive payments in advance and minimize operational risks. With this program, payments are made as soon as products arrive at nocnoc's warehouses in the US or China, ensuring sellers get paid within 3-5 days.

Regulations
Colombia regulations

Maximum Order Value: USD 2,000 per shipment Orders shipped to Colombia are processed under the Traffic Postal and Urgent Shipments Regime (Tráfico Postal y Envíos Urgentes). Import Taxes De Minimis Threshold Shipments up to USD 200 are tax exempt if the shipment originates from a country with a Free Trade Agreement with Colombia that provides this exemption (e.g., United States). Shipments above USD 200 Import Duty: generally around 10% (may vary depending on product classification) VAT (IVA): 19% Maximum Weight: 50 kg per package Other Requirements Purchases must be for personal use only, not for commercial purposes. The recipient must be over 18 years old. Return Policy Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 5 business days after receiving the product, according to Colombia’s consumer protection regulations.

Chile regulations

Maximum Order Value: USD 3,000 per shipment Import Taxes Orders shipped to Chile are processed under the Simplified Import Regime for Courier Shipments. De Minimis Threshold FOB up to USD 41: exemption from import duty and VAT For shipments above the threshold: Import Duty: 6% of the CIF value VAT (IVA): 19% applied to the CIF value plus import duty Maximum Weight: Determined by the courier carrier Other Requirements Purchases must be for personal use only, not for commercial purposes. The recipient must be over 18 years old. Returns Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 10 days of receiving it, according to consumer protection regulations.

Argentina regulations

Maximum Order Value: USD 3,000 per shipment Import Taxes Orders shipped to Argentina are processed under the Small Shipments Courier Regime. FOB up to USD 400 VAT (IVA): 21% Internal Taxes: 9.5% (if applicable depending on the product category) FOB above USD 400 Import Duty: approximately 16% (may vary depending on product classification) VAT (IVA): 21% Statistical Tax: 3% Internal Taxes: 9.5% (if applicable) Maximum Weight: 50 kg per package Quantity Limits Maximum 3 units of the same product type per shipment Other Requirements Purchases must be for personal use only, not for commercial purposes. The recipient must be over 18 years old. Individuals may receive up to 5 shipments per year under this regime. Returns Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 10 days of receiving it, according to applicable consumer protection regulations.

Mexico regulations

Maximum Order Value: USD 2,500 per shipment Import Taxes Orders shipped to Mexico are processed under the Simplified Import Regime (T1 – Personal Use / Cross-Border). A global tax rate applies, including Import Duty, VAT, and customs processing fees (DTA). Applicable tax rates depend on the country of origin. Shipments originating from China Import Tax: 33.5% Shipments originating from the United States Up to USD 50 Import Duty: 0% VAT: 0% USD 50 – USD 117 Import Tax: 17% Above USD 117 Import Tax: 19% Maximum Weight: 35 kg (77 lbs) per package Maximum Dimensions: Maximum height: 125 cm Maximum dimensions: 78 cm × 78 cm × 125 cm Other Requirements Purchases must be for personal use only, not for commercial purposes. Return Policy Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 5 business days after receiving the product, according to Mexico’s consumer protection regulations.

Brazil regulations

Maximum Order Value: USD 1,000 (FOB) per order Import Taxes Orders shipped to Brazil through nocnoc are processed under the Programa Remessa Conforme (PRC), regulated by the Receita Federal do Brasil. Applicable taxes depend on the order value: Orders up to USD 50 Import Duty: 20% ICMS (state VAT): approximately 17% Orders above USD 50 Import Duty: 60% (with a USD 20 discount applied to the tax base) ICMS (state VAT): approximately 17% Maximum Weight: 66 lbs (30 kg) per order (chargeable weight) Other Requirements Purchases must be for personal use only, not for commercial purposes. The recipient must be over 18 years old. Returns Consumers have the right to return the product within 7 days of receiving it, according to Brazilian consumer protection regulations.

Stock & pricing
How is the product's price set?

The seller uploads the FOB price (in USD) for each product, excluding additional charges such as exchange rate, logistics, marketplace commission, or additional fees. nocnoc adds international shipping costs, taxes, marketplace commission, and fixed costs on top of the uploaded FOB price. It then automatically sets the final price in the local currency (BRL, AR$, SOL) for each marketplace.

How are stock & prices updated?

Stock and prices must be updated by the seller either by cvs/excel file or automatically through API integration.
